What are some movies that involve enthusiasm (particularly in the workplace)?

Anything you can give me would help.....
Where people are being enthusiastic and/or talking about enthusiasm. Or it can even involve a "lack" of enthusiasm...such as movies like American Beauty and Office Space.

Some ideas I have so far are the "Debbie Downer" and "Chris Farley Motivational Speaker" skits from SNL.
