I was thinking of getting Amazing Spiderman 129 for by boyfriend as a birthday gift - this is the first appearance of Punisher.

Here are my questions
One does that sound like a good gift for a guy i've only been seeing about 6 months?
secondly I know that this book sells for about 400-500 normally but on eBay they have some for 100+ that at least in the pics are the original not reprint and claim to be in good to NM condition - anyone know how trustworthy most of these eBay comic traders are? I don't want to put down 200 for a book that is useless.

Next weeks episode, zaraki will face maki... Do you guys think that zaraki will have a name for his soul slayer and would release it in the upcoming fight?

Maki was ready to face captain level shinigamis, which means he is confident enough to beat them and hence a bankai?

In the end credits of an episode (cant remember which one it was) they show us zaraki against bad guys, and his soul slayer turns to 'water' and all the baddies are knocked out... does that hint that he got a name for his sword?

Jeasus, I cant wait... I love zaraki!

I watched the first couple episodes on cartoon network, and I have really mixed feelings - the animation is so pretty, but the priest's voice makes me want to hurl. And the plot doesn't make a lot of sense to me... does it get better, further on in the series? Should I keep watching, or just skip it and watch Bleach?

1. what does opacity means?? how does it affect the image i/m working on?? Does it affect the sharpness and the lightness of any color that i'm using on an image??
2. How can i render good highlights?? I want to render realistic colors in my anime drawings using a mouse.. is it possible??
3. I also want to know if there are other ways of selecting areas properly for color filling. I wqas having a hard time using the lasso tools(esp. when filling a white color for the eyes..), and
4. Please give me some tips on how to create good effects in coloring. I really want to know how to do the shading of colors(darker to loghter tones) to make my coloring look realistic, not just cell-shaded, you know.

Please, to those who can, please answer. I really appreciate people who shares their knowledgeto somebody.
