I'm otaku and I say that is an original. As a fan artist that doesn't draw anyone's characters, I'd have to say you should get VERY used to it. I just wish the cat girl phase would die. It was so much cuter before everyone started doing it. Isn't it better to have one really pretty cat than a room filled with a bunch of, er, overfed ones? lol

I think it's not from any anime, it's just an art from someone who likes cat-eared girls and a mecha freak. I don't remember seeing this girl before.
