The link is below. However, it's only in RMVB format, so if you prefer a better-quality one like AVI, maybe other people can help. It needs RealPlayer to play the anime, or if RealPlayer is "heavy" you may also try RealAlternative (Classic Media Player with RealMedia codec). You may find the link below also.
I also would like to note that the series are in Japanese language with English subtitles. Some are good, some might be crappy, but who knows?
As Fruits Basket is quite old, I don't know if some people still shared it using their BitTorrent. *^_^*
