i think female super heroes are cool, but it would be better if they didnt have to get saved by the male super heroes all the time...

if you're going for costumes than why not just female villians?
I tend to like male heros and female villians, most of the female superheros arn't really all that great.

The male superheros tend to be better written (and longer running). The women make more interesting villains though.
