Um.. Sakura and Tsunade. Both of them are expert in healing. So, they could heal themselves under any circumstances.

Jiraiya claims that this is one of the only two times in his life when he nearly died – the first was an incident with Tsunade in which she beat him within an inch of his life for being a pervert. During Naruto's battle with Orochimaru, he gets angry to the point of accessing his four-tailed form again. Orochimaru states that this form is powerful enough to actually kill him.

Well, uh just to make sure i'm right...the whole fight with Sasuke after the time warp, uh there wasn't really a "big fight" between them? I mean, I guess, Sasuke does some stuff, chidori out of his entire body and goes inside Naruto's demon...unless they met again? Anyway, I have to say if they fought again:
1) Oro, Jar, and Tsu would have another big battle against each other. It'd be dayzavu all over again.
2) Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura would have their big battle as well, with their huge animals. Sasuke kills off Sakura, but not Naruto. Then on the last minute Sasuke turns around and backs stabs Oro, killing him.
3) Naruto, Jar, and Tsu fight Sasuke, but Itahci comes. He joins them to beat Sasuke.
4) They are beaten by Sasuke, except Itachi. The two brothers are the only ones left.
5) Sasuke kills himself and Itachi by using the "forbidden" Oro technique.

Here's wat would happen:
It'd be Sannin vs Sannin vs Sannin and Protige vs Protige vs Protige. Sasuke and Naruto would leave Sakura alone because in one episode they were both scared of hurting her. Tsunade and Jiriaya would team up together to defeat Orochimaru, but one will die because they know the technique that eats souls from the 4th and the 3rd Hokage. I think it'd be Jiriaya because I think he had a closer relationship with the 3rd than any of the rest of the Sannin. Tsunade wouldn't know what happened, and would be afraid to lose one of her best friends and will try to heal him, but it won't work. Then she'll be back in the hemophobia - fear of blood like when Dan died. Orochimaru would be dead, Jiriaya would be dead, and later Sakura came in on a fast attack between Naruto and Sasuke and since they couldn't stop...she died. Both feeling outraged with their carelessness, they put their most powerful jutsu's to the test and they both die at their own hand's because they stressed their bodies too much and couldn't handle the jutsu, and Tsunade will live on in a hemophobia as the 5th Hokage. Sad but resonable. - The End

Sasuke and Orochimaru defininitly. In the Sannin fight Orochimaru would have won if he could use his arms and he can use them now. Sasuke has Chidori Nagashi and Cursed Seal Level 2. The only won who would have a chance at winning would be Kyuubi-Naruto with like six tails out and that won't happen.

okay well concerning now.... I believe that Tsunade and Jiraiya will gang up on Oro and kill him while Naruto and Sakura try to kill Sasuke but Sakura's love sort of distracts her and Sasuke kills Sakura and then goes for Naruto. But then Kyuubi comes out because of that Sakura died and then (I think ) eight tails or nine tails come out and the Kyuubi takes over Naruto's body and Sasuke gets his butt whooped by the Kyuubi even after a huge fight with snakes and all. Kyuubi kills Sasuke, and Kyuubi kills Naruto in a way from all of the emotions inside of him and then the Kyuubi just dies along with Naruto.... and the akatsuki moan and groan because they didn't get the kyuubi. :P

Sakura and Tsunade would win. Remember, Naruto, Jariaya, Sasuke, and Orochimaru, all have a weakness. Wether it ranges from stupidness to overconfidence. And if Sakura or Tsunade get hurt, they can heal themselves.

Tsunade would win, shes a hokage, even though that doesnt mean anything, but she would win, and sakura would die.
