Paris Hilton was sent screaming and crying back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her sentence behind bars rather than in the comfort of her Hollywood Hills home.

"It's not right!" shouted Hilton, who violated her probation in a reckless driving case. "Mom!" she cried out to her mother.

Hours earlier, the 26-year-old hotel heiress was taken handcuffed from her home in a black-and-white police car, paparazzi sprinting in pursuit and helicopters broadcasting live from above. She entered the courtroom disheveled and weeping, hair askew, without makeup, wearing a fuzzy gray sweat shirt over slacks.

She cried throughout the hearing, dabbing her eyes, and her body shook constantly. Several times she turned to her parents, seated behind her in the courtroom, and mouthed, "I love you."

Theyre just people, normal people that just happend to get discovered. Some singers cant even sing. Lots of people can sing and act very well and work at like gas stations. just in case your wondering that gas station part wasnt about me, really im 12 and dont even work. Celeberty bloggers and people like that, sorry but, get a life!!!
Im not saying that people shouldnt enjoy listening to music and watching movies and im not dissing actors and singers , actualy I love to sing, but dont blow it out of preportion, Sinngers and actors, and this is just a guess, but they probly dont like their bussiness EVERYWHERE!

I think she should be in jail if that is a fair sentence for what she has done. I don't think she should have ever been let out in the first place. Then they throw her back in again. I think that would throw anybody through a loop. What do you all think?

As you all well know, Paris Hilton is heading to Jail to serve out her 45 day jail term. My question is this...If you were caught violating probation twice from a DUI incident, and you were sentenced to 45 days jail time, would you go screaming and crying for your mommy? or would you do what i would, accept the punishment and be glad that i didn't kill anyone when i was foolishly driving drunk? Since i don't have 1/10000th of her money, i think i know the answer...(i wouldn't drive drunk anyhow)

The lil princess thinks and has stated that SHE is the closest thing to American Royalty. If no one buys her Heiress Hooker purfume, sees her god aweful acting in what ever movie that is STUPID enough to have her in, Not buy magazines that have her beak on the cover,not watch the entertainment shows that talk about her, she may realize that she's not that hot and maybe even knock her down a few pegs.

What is the fascination with a spoiled social debutante? Her temper tantrum in the courtroom was once again splashed all over the news reports. So many people claim to dislike her intensely, so why focus on her? Why the publicity on someone like that? Then they threw her on the ground to search her thoroughly. She was really calm for that; but, when they finished she started screaming, "Don't stop, don't stop."

It's all a joke. She never went to jail. She hasn't been involved in this at all. The media found out she was home, so the cops said she had been released to house arrest. Since the public was out-raged; now they're going through the whole scam again, only this time Paris is flying to Paris so one one will find out about the scam again.

If you believe she's in jail, you should smack yourself cause you're stupid enough to do it.
