I dont know why...1/2 of me feels she deserves to go to jail again, but the other half feels really bad for her.

oh please, she broke the rules and too snobby and immature to pay the consequences. Just because she is the most talked about troublemaker in Hollywood shouldn't give her the right to get off easy. I guarantee to you if it was you behind that wheel charged with a DUI no one would even give it a second thought and state that you deserve it, then why shouldn't she? Besides, have you seen the trial? That 20+ year old child actually cried for her mommy, i wonder was she thinking of her mommy while driving drunk or making her "legendry" porn tape...i don't feel bad for her at all

I feel somewhat bad for her because her 45 day sentience in jail seems much too long for what she did. There are people out there who do things much worse than driving with a suspended license who only spend a week or two in jail and then are back out causing trouble.
So I think she does deserve to do time like anyone else would but this whole 45 day thing is a bit much. Plus all this miscommunication and drama is making a bad situation even worse for her.

My feeling is it's funny how some white males with bad taste in women are feeling sorry for her. I can see this from an airhead teenage girl but you've got issues.
She was pulled over for drunk driving; then cited for a suspended license; then cited again for a suspended license.
Look at the facts instead of your feelings. A criminal is a criminal.
Ask all of those that have lost children, brothers and sisters, moms and dad's, friends and grandparents to wreckless and drunk drivers if they feel bad for her. Get a clue.
And anyone thinking she's getting a harder time is a celebrity sucking fool. She was originally sentenced to 6 months in jail and if it were me or you, we would have got that.

I dont support double standards. If they changed the laws in this country so everybody could enjoy the type of quick freedom she got, then I am all for it. Otherwise justice should be applied equally, and nobody else in the entire country would have gotten out of jail like that - they would have been told to shut up and beaten by prison guards and then shoved into a corner until they learned their place.

I don't feel bad that she has to go to jail, you do the crime you do the time. I do however feel bad that this has prompted even more of a paparazzi circus then before for her.
I personally don't feel that it is news...why it is all over the front page of everything is beyond me. There are people dying all over the world, and our focus is on Paris Hilton?

Yeah, you are the only one.
Paris Hilton is a loser. She dosen't have any talent. She can't act, sing, model, or do anything. I don't get why she's a celebrity.
She is just a spoiled brat and I am VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY a million very's happy she is in jail. What if she had killed someone??? Hopefully she will learn her lesson.
Now if only Britney went in jail...

Uh, do you feel bad for every other person who drives without their licence, gets caught and goes to jail? She may think she's above the law cuz daddy has mass money but its not true. Yeah you are the only person i hope!

i feel a lil bad, because I dont wish that type of drama upon anyone, its really mean. Whats up with all the miscommunication, first her assistant tells she can drive on a suspended license and I just read that her lawyer or whatever said she was aloud a phone hearing but that didnt turn out to be right. So either she got alot of miscommunication goin' on or somepeople are trying to screw her over. She is already screwed up, and she is getting in deeper mess. And crying for her mommy, that I dont feel bad about, because she needs to grow up and learn to reap what she sew.

I don't feel bad at all. As a matter of fact, I am quite pleased the judge ordered the little crybaby back to jail.

Y do u feel bad 4 her if u got caught DUI they would throw u in jail instantly, so y not her, in the long run shes still gonna b rich and snobby
