I think she should be in jail if that is a fair sentence for what she has done. I don't think she should have ever been let out in the first place. Then they throw her back in again. I think that would throw anybody through a loop. What do you all think?

i think its mean to let someone out, then to throw them back in.ok,so she's spoiled and outrageous-but its her parents fault for encouraging a frivolous lifestyle.i really dont think she knows any better.and its mean to make her think she could go home-only to be thrown back.

No, i have no sympathy...because she still is getting off easy!

1. In my state, 60 days is minimum sentence for DUI conviction, and 6 month suspension of license.
2). There are "no celebrity status in jail here.
3. If caught driving after a DUI and suspension...the sentence is 90 days consecutive to the 60.
4.) Any judge here would bulldog any defense lawyer trying to use Hilton's defense of not being aware of a suspended license. You signed the paper, never sign anything you don't know what it is!!

I don't think that would throw anybody or anyone for a loop, who knows that they should have been in jail for the full amount of time. If anything, she had a short reprieve.

This biggest loop that was thrown Paris Hilton's way, is that she was raised/reared to think she was the exception to the rule everytime because her status/money/family name got her out of any consequences if she broke a rule.

If she had been used to facing the music every time she failed to meet the expectation, she wouldn't be crying and calling for mom.

She is in need of serious counseling and behavior modification. She also should encourage her cronies Britney and Lindsay to follow suit with counseling and behavior mod if they know what is good for them.

I do feel sympathy for Paris Hilton. I believe she is being made an example. Celebrity's really have to pay a price for fame, as far as having any kind of private life.

I believe they are using her as an example, all she did was drive with a suspended license.

People do that all the time and get off with no time, or may the most a day in a local jail. I think she should be put under house arrest for the time. Not because she is rich, but because its not a very bad crime.

People act as if she killed someone or something. All she did was drive with a suspended license I mean get real people.

***********EDIT******************** I looked into the case more and got more information, I found that she got cought not once but twice for suspended license then, she got cought for DUI. So I do believe she should do some time. But only because she indangered lives with driving drunk. Not because I hate her.

No. She needs to take responsibility for her actions and just because she is Paris Hilton, she shouldn't get any special treatment. She has to grow up sometime and stop hiding behind mommy and daddy. You don't see her sister getting into trouble and carrying on like a moron. It is time for her to grow up and start acting like an adult, instead of a spoiled child.

I agree with you- 100%. Somebody should start looking into the actions of the L.A. Sheriff's Dept.- to find out WHO they're working for; -the rich & famous of Hollywood, or the Judicial System of California. I'm no fan of P.H.- but she doesn't have a CLUE what she's doing...- & from the LOOKS of it, neither do the L.A. police!

I think she knew she was getting out in three days before she ever went in. Think about how calm and mature her attitude was before she went in. Now she's screaming for her Mommy?? Her parents had a deal with the Sheriff before she ever went in- I guarantee it. The only reason she was sent back is because of the public outrage.

Hell Frickin' No!!!!

That spoiled brat needs to have a taste of what the real world is really like. Just because she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, doesn't mean she should get ANY special treatment.

Hopefully this will make her grow up a bit!
