She still might not do the whole 45 days. When they said that she would only do 23 days that was only in theory. If she fouled up in Jail that would have killed her good time and she could have done more than 23 days. The 23 days wasn't a written agreement, I think that was released to help Paris cope better. I am sure she will do 23 days total and might get out of doing the rest if she does good time. Letting people out early from Jail because of overcrowding still happens. But if she gets out it better be within the normal Jail procedure or she might be stuck doing the whole time. I think she needs a good 7 days in a row to get through to her before she will wake up and realize she isn't special.

I'll preface my answer with the fact that I CAN'T STAND PARIS HILTON. She's a spoiled brat. That said, the only thing in this whole ridiculous obsession is that I realize that I have something in common with her. GASP! I was arrested in 1996 for something rather stupid and was thrown into a holding cell for 12 hours with a bunch of women who I eventually learned were in for various crimes ranging from aggravated assault to attempted MURDER. I merely tried to give someone a hair wrap on the street and didn't have a cosmetology license and a fresh supply of running water!! I BAWLED, SHOOK SHUTTER and had the CRYING HICCUPS for almost the entire 12 hours. I was so out of my element and did not fit in at all with the people there. Let me say that I was not above them, but I felt as though I was not safe there. I know that Paris is in S.C. but it is still so far removed from what she knows that she must be absilutely panicking. So, all I am saying is that I can kind of put myself in her shoes. I think she BELONGS in her shoes in JAIL, too! - Just my 2 cents.

Yes! I'm happy that she's not above the law. Anyone else would have to serve the time. Ha Ha! She had the nerve to be planning a party for tonight-I guess not! Ha Ha!

Now how did she get back into jail? Did those psychiatrists realise she was just pulling their legs there?
If she at all managed to pull their legs in there this morning, it would make me seriously question their intelligence to be honest...
If she was being honest I would have to say 3 days is a record for developing acute depression and schizophrenia.

No she'll serve the rest of the 23 that was agreed upon. The bullshit thing is that they're giving her 5 days credit for time served (PLUS the day she was out at her own house!!) .. apparently because she went IN before midnight and checked out AFTER midnight, each of those technically counts as a day. NICE PLANNING, B*TCH.

celebs need to learn that their money will not buy them a free ticket out of the pen.but you know there's this chick in florida who hit 2 little black boys in tampa and killed them. she was a teacher and her family is well to do.the family helped her hide the evidence. when they caught up with her, she just got a slap on the wrist. probation.

It's awesome. Have you seen the picture of her alien face crying in the back of the squad car? That made me smile.
