Her original sentence was to be carried out in jail! Of course she should go back, and I'm glad the judge had some sense to do so! Good for him!

Yes. No one else gets out of their jail sentence for not feeling well. Why should she be any different. Justice is NOT being served. It is a disgrace.

Yes, she should know not to do the crime if she can't do the time!!! Everyone else gets punished for what they do, and the justice system should NOT let her off the hook just because she is Paris Hilton.

Crying and shouting, "Mom," but back in jail.
Maybe she shoulda sent a shout out to Mom and hailed a ride rather than driving under the influence, and then on a suspended license. God knows she has the money for a driver.

Unforunately, she will only serve jail time.
she won't have her career thrown into the toilet like most people would have with a strike like drinking and driving on her record

actually i don' t give a rat's butt if she goes back to jail or not, i just don't think is fair that cuz she's a rich, "celebrity" she was let go that easily to "serve" the rest of her sentence in the commodity of her home!!!!
