I am so happy. I am so sick of hearing about her and it's about time someone taught her a lesson. Horray for the judge.

3 years probation for reckless driving is a bit harsh. You get 48 hours in jail for DUI in my state. Cal. law allows the sheriff to let people out of jail if they see fit. I think the judge has an axe to grind or perhaps even some sort of sexual dysfunction and is trying to take his frustration out on her. By the way, does anyone here know personally an individual who has a mom and dad with billions of dollars. She behaves just like any other rich spoiled brat. She should not be made an example of. In case people have not noticed, the law is pretty lax on all criminals regardless of whether they are famous or not. Mary Winkler blew her hubby away with a shotgun and was sentenced today. She may be out before Paris gets out.

I think it's only fair. I also don't understand how she is all of a sudden ill!! They are saying she suddenly has a medical condition. I don't buy it. She was fine before jail, I don't believe she suddenly is that bad off. She deserves to do the time... Maybe now she can actually learn a lesson and see what life is like without stuff for a while. I'd love to see courtroom video!!!!

i dont think its right to tell someone that they can leave jail and then a day later make her go back. those kinds of mind games are just cruel, they made her happy just to bring her down again. She shouldnt have been released from jail in the first place but once they let her out they shouldnt have stuck her back in

I wouldn't want to have to go, but I guess that is the point right. I wouldn't want to, but I would sure as hell have to! I wouldn't get any extra consideration........even if I had a "medical condition". This is one time Paris would have been better off to be famous and a little more........ethnic.

From what I have read it looks like the sheriff who released her is in trouble now. "Money talks, and Paris walks", as one of the protesters signs reads...
I think she needs to stay in jail for the original 45 day sentence, for being such a weaselly brat!

She made a mistake so now she has to pay for it. If any normal person did the same thing, they would have a similar punishment. Sorry, Paris put herself in that situation.

I'm all for it. Paris is a fox 'n everything. But she definitely deserves it. A girl like her needs to be contained and needs some sense to be talked into her.

It is pathetic...you would think she was handed down the death penalty by the way it played out in the courtroom...Yes the worst half got a hold of me and had me read the front page article on her...I am sick of hearing about her...but the article was quite comical!

Yea! Break out the wine and beer! She's a spoiled, no class bimbo who is finally getting a harsh dose of reality. She's probably planning her release party after she finishes having a nervous breakdown!
