We don't have that in Ireland, my sis lives in Birmingham and she hates having to pay hers, am i right in saying that its water rates and bin rates together?

That in face they DO want us to feed the animals? You know, becuase the places that have these signs are usually poor, and therefore need someone to feed the animals?
Is America and Iraq the same? Aren't we feeding them what they want, even if we know we shouldn't? Is it becuase they depend on us, as there location can't support them?

I like feeding the duckies the best :3

Are people like that too? What happens if you don't find your pair soulmate? How will you fulfilll your life in covering someone's foot if you don't have your partner there with you? Did you loose them becuase you went through a washing machine and lost your identity becuase of bleach, or outside factors?
