Are people like that too? What happens if you don't find your pair soulmate? How will you fulfilll your life in covering someone's foot if you don't have your partner there with you? Did you loose them becuase you went through a washing machine and lost your identity becuase of bleach, or outside factors?

It becomes a rag and then I find it's mate somewhere else long after it has any use as a sock......and yeah people are kind of like that as well. You go through life lost and alone or mismatched and then find your perfect pair after you are no longer able to be with each other. Thanks ~ now I feel like a dirty sock!!

Now! How in the world did you know about my one odd sock in my drawer? Well, had you looked inside it, you would have found a gold finger ring and a pair of gold ear rings both given to me by my ex B/F! He wouldn't take it back so I thought the odd sock was the right place to keep it in...like the odd sock we were now a separated pair!!!

that sock will most likely die of heartbreak and neglect. if not, and you find the heart in yourself to wear it with another unmatched sock, it might not ever be the same, but it might also work better. they say opposites attract, so hopefully that first sock can make it work.

My extra socks recently became sweaters for my puppy o.o;; the remainders (a work sock with a hole in it) and a sock with pink striped are now dog toys...lol!

I always misplace my socks, I constantly buy new ones lol. Its no bigge though, I only wear them whilst out. Once I get home they come off.

i dont know the answer to this, but ..... i would try and find my soul mate...that is really important, to have someone there with you always, not necessarily physically but just knowing someone's there ....
