i like simple plan music, it is not hard to absorb yet have a great tune and meaningfull lyrics!

An elderly man in Florida had owned a large farm for several years. He had a large pond in the back, fixed up nice; picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and some apple and peach trees. The pond was properly shaped and fixed up for swimming when it was built.

One evening the old farmer decided to go down to the pond as he hadn't been there for a while and look it over. On his way he grabbed a five gallon bucket to bring back some fruit.

As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee. When came closer he saw it was a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond. He made the women aware of his presence and they all went to the deep end.

One of the women shouted to him, "We're not coming out until you leave!"

The old man frowned and said, "I didn't come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked." Holding the bucket up he said, "I'm just here to feed the alligator."

Moral: Old men can still think fast

That when you died, that was it. Your faith in an afterlife or reincarnation was wrong, no fluffy cloud, no harp, no coming back as an Elephant or cow, or another person. If I could truly convince you that once you went into the ground that was the end.....

Would you live your life differently? Would you seize the day? Would you say your faith in an afterlife stops you from achieving as much as you may because you think you will be rewarded in the next life for being put upon in this life?

I'm not trying to undermine people's faith or mock any religion, I just want you to address this hypothetical situation in isolation.

Then what makes you think Islam is the name of a particular culture or place? Islam is the name of a FAITH, that's it. Neither more, nor less. Anybody belonging to any culture and place can be called a Muslim if he/she believes in the tenets of the faith called Islam.
