All the time. And to top that, when I listen to songs with my sister, we both sing completely wrong lyrics that aren't anything alike! Its quite funny really.

I find that with a large amount of songs I make an idiot of myself by singing the wrong lyrics. Oops!

Yeah,i do it all the time! Trying to think of some of the song's i use to do that with but can't think of them at the moment!

Back in the 80's DJ "Bruno Brook's" use to have a Radio 1 show were he would play song's and call the item "Twisted Lyrics" cause it would be the interpreted version of the song's lyrics not the real version. So yeah it's quite popular!

Absolutely. When Green Day's version of "Working Class Hero" came out, I thought the words of the chorus were "A Working Class Hero is something to fear", when the last three words were actually "something to be".

I still think it's better that way, but don't argue with the late John Lennon.

I can remember Chris Tarrant on Capital radio calling Madonnas' La Isla Bonita the "chop the goolie" song as he thought she said that when, in fact, she said " tropical the "..island breeze.
Still sing that line to myself when I hear that song!

I spent years thinking the chorus to 'I Predict a Riot' was 'I have terets'...
And when Rougue Traders brought out that hideous 'Voodoo Child' song I though she was saying 'moo moo chow'.
So, yeah, I do it all the time lol.
