Have him dress-up as your favorite movie or tv actress or you could always have him dress-up in a sexy costume & make him be: a cheerleader, a schoolgirl, a nurse, a hooters girl, a harem girl, a stripper, a french maid or whatever you want. You should make sure & dress him up completely from head to toe, hair, nails, make-up, eyebrows, shaved legs, breasts, the works, let him see what it's like to be a girl. And you can always get a few costumes for him & make him spend the days & nights before Halloween dressing up in the different costumes until you find the one that you want to make him wear on Halloween.

First, is it okay for him to be in a feminine costume? If yes, how about Avril Lavigne? Or some of those Japanese anime inspired characters?
Or, how about Domino of X-men, she looks sexy, yet has a dark presence.

I'm thinking it is the mood I'm in tonight, but how about a "old witch", or a "Fairy God Mother outfit" You could go as "His Little Princess".
Ok, not fair, I have one more idea, how about a school teacher, black rim glasses, white blouse, dark skirt, heals, the works, and oh yes, the over done look on the make up! I had a teacher like that for real.

Dress him as a hooker. Short skirt, belly shirt, fishnet hose, high heels and a feather boa. Make his makeup bold so it stands out. Blue eyeshadow is always great for that, and red lipstick. Kind of like the Brittany Spears we know today!
