ok i have a very embarassing problem...bascially my lips down below are quite large and fleshy..all my lovers have said they find it a turn on..but i feel self conscious of it. I am considering surgery to get them reduced..should I do it?

Ok I know there are 100000 questions like this but I'm dying to figure out what movie this is, I watched it 4 years ago in school and I cant remeber what it is:
It was made in 1980s or 1990s
It had a bunch of little kids but i think it was told as someone remembering it
There was a girl who dissapeared when a bell rang (she switched places with something)
There was a fire at this church thing
There was one scene with a creepy clown thing (i only remeber it cuz it freaked me out)
It was kind of a mystery, but not horror

I was twelve and my niece and I were walking to the store. There were a few unsolved murders in the city at the time...we saw a 'body' laying by the road so I called the police. After the eight or so cop cars showed up, one of the cops nudged the guy with his foot...they discovered he was passed out drunk. Hey, I was twelve!
