ok i have a very embarassing problem...bascially my lips down below are quite large and fleshy..all my lovers have said they find it a turn on..but i feel self conscious of it. I am considering surgery to get them reduced..should I do it?

hey, its like this. if YOU are uncomfortable with it, and YOU want to consider surgery then that is fine. do NOT do it for anyone else. i am sure it is more of a problem in your head than it is in real life, but if you choose to change your body that is your business, nobody elses. good luck to you, just do what feels right.
