I artwork for a small city in Louisiana as a dispatcher and that i hate while human beings call 911 for non emergency courtroom circumstances. Even previously i all got to work as a dispatcher, I under no circumstances stated as 911 whether it could have been an emergency. when I pay attention 911 i think of it must be life or dying project for me to call. I additionally hate while there is an twist of fate, each physique thinks they're the 1st guy or woman to call while truly they're like form 20 that stated as. If I see an twist of fate, the only way i will call is that if i'm the only one on the line on the time.

Yes. I was about five years old and my house was on fire. It was in the middle of the night and my mom told me to dial 911. I can remember it to this day. I was trying to dial 911 but I dialed every other number combination with those three numbers (991, 919, 119..) It was very scary.

I'm a Registered Nurse, who has done Home Health care. I've been sent to the home of a sick patient to discover they were in need of immediate emergency care.
I've also had to call 911 for my Dad when he was very ill with West Nile Virus.

Yes, when son was a year old & drank my nail polish remover. I freaked out & called 911. They came & told me to give him a cup of milk & he will be ok, but maybe sleepy from the alcohol . Yeah, he took a nap & was fine. Scarred the $hit me out though!!!

Yes,many times.The last time I called 911 was because I was worried about a neighbor who was in a fight with her boyfriend.

when my daughter had a bike wreck she broke a rib and on the way to the ER she said "mommy I can't breath and I don't want to die" I was scared to death I thought her lung was punctured! So I called 911, the problem is that we live in the mountains, and I was closer to the hosp. than an ambulance was to me~so they contacted the hosp. and the police (cause I was speeding) and told me to go on.

I had an attack of pancreatitus and I had to call 911 to get an ambulance to take me to the hospital.

yes...i call everyday..i work at a diaylsis center and we get 911 calls all the time..its not unusual
