It's kind of lame that you have that lady as your background. I usually like nice patterns or interesting non-scrolling images like scenery. Something symbolic or expressive. Also it's way too plain. Basically all white... need more texture and color. Put some more thought into it, I say.
Also you should make the boxes/tables opaque, so it meshes more.
