I absolutely love anime, but my favorite kind of anime are romantic comedies. What are some really good ones?

Some that I like are Fruits Basket, Fushigi Yugi, Love Hina, Inuyasha, Gravitation, Marmalade Boy, Alice 19th, Hana Kimi, etc.

Really old horror movie - what's the name?

I was watching an old horror movie (say from the 1920s-1930s) in the early hours of the morning and I didn't catch the name. It all revolved around a big old house where there were many people staying and visiting. One of the residents was an author. They were all being harrassed and stalked by a man dressed in a bat-like cape who had big claws. At one point he let a "bat" into one of the rooms and the effects were so poor that I'm sure it was just a plastic toy being thrown across the room.
It was really cheesey and semi-reminiscent of a game of cluedo. Can anyone help?
