Chobits, it's pretty nice and there's no strange plot twists.
Honey and Clover is also good, but there're a few strange plot twists that might throw the viewers confused.
Chii (Chobits) and Hagumi (Honey and Clover) are lolikon dreams come true.

Well, try Peach Girl and Paradise Kiss.. They are pretty romantic nad comedy is also included especially in Peach girl. Canvas2 is interesting too. NANA, well that's all I know.
