No, because I do that all the time... I actually admit it lol, I hate having a conversation with someone and being left out, so yes I pretend I know what they're talking about, eventhough I don't and later have to look things up.. ha.

Happened at times ... well, because ...

This Empty-Nesting Single Retiree has had a very long and interesting life .. Went into the Military (like her siblings did also), EARNED my UGrad and Grad Degrees, had a short disaster of a marriage (to an Abusive, violent, Sociopathic Ex), paid to LEAVE that horror of a relationship, rebuilt my life, Retired from the Military, raised my children as a Long Term Single Parent, They were finally out and independent, and now ...

BACK to College once again .. this time for FUN (because ... even as a Retiree, I STILL Can't sit down and be still ... so now .. I am learning about Website Design and Digital Imaging/Photography!).

So yes, when I learned about HTML Languages and programming, I was able to THINK Differently than others ... Mainly because my background from my Career ALLOWED me to EASILY Translate that knowledge to the Website Design Process!

When I had to brief the class on what MY Design would be about .. it was something that NOT ONE could understand HOW I got such an elegantly designed STRUCTURE and ORGANIZATION to my design (hey, I've had a LOT of experience as a Cost/Price Estimator) ... and yes, it was very DETAILED. The Instructor broke the silence by asking some questions .. but you could see some taking NOTES ...

Yes like my mom. She wanted so badly and hurriedly that I send her my simple Sony digital camera so i put little red tabs on the manual and wrote simple notes for her to follow. I mailed it to her and she says she finds it complicated. I asked her if she read what i put together for her and she at first said yes. Then later on i find out she really didnt read anything. So after all that hurry the camera is sitting there doing nothing and she hasnt even taken pics of my new neice and nephew(my sister had twins in december).

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO when i go to visit in july i have to teach her how to use the camera and then when i leave she will neglect it and forget and then tell me she re-read the stuff i put together for her(its real simple) and then finally tell me the truth that she hasnt even looked at it..and next year i have to repeat everything all over again.

Same thing with email..i told her how to clean up forwarded emails and how to attach pictures to an email. I printed all this stuff with pictures and highlights and arrows and she hasnt even looked at it and then wonders how to do it. I work with computers and tried to make it all simple for her and she cant follow simple instructions.

She cant even recharge batteries for the camera tellling me that she charges them and by the time she puts them in the camera the batteries are dead.

So, you would rathe a person just stand there and look like a stalker than make a fool out of themselves and say something stupid.

Maybe they came back because they felt that they left you with the wrong impression of them. Sure it looks like they are stalking you again, but maybe, you are just one of those people who others want to get to know better, whether you like it or not.

Personally, I never think of it that way. I think they are growing as individuals and now they want to see if they are right. Quite often they are.

I never know what anyone is talking about. I just babble. It works for me. I'm gonna look stupid no matter what, so I might as well just go with it.

Yes I would agree to that but you should not take everyone's word on it because they might just be blowing smoke up your chimney.
