GOODNIGHT TO MOM
(You don't have to own a cat to get a hoot out of this guy's story!)


We were dressed and ready to go out for the New Years Eve Party. We
turned on a night light, turned the answering machine on, covered our
pet parakeet and put the cat in the backyard. We phoned the local cab
company and requested a taxi. The taxi arrived and we opened the
front door to leave the house.


The cat we put out in the yard, scoots back into the house. We didn't
want the cat shut in the house because she always tries to eat the bird.


My wife goes out to the taxi, while I went inside to get the cat. The cat
runs upstairs, with me in hot pursuit. Waiting in the cab, my wife (who
doesn't want the driver to know that the house will be empty for the night) explains
to the taxi driver that I will be out soon, "He's just going upstairs to say
goodbye to my mother."




A few minutes later, I get into the cab. "Sorry I took so long," I said, as
we drove away. "That stupid ***** was hiding under the bed. I had to
poke her with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take off,
so I grabbed her by the neck. Then, I had to wrap her in a blanket to
keep her from scratching me. But it worked! I hauled her fat ***
Downstairs and threw her out into the back yard!"


The cab driver hit a parked car...

WHY DID GOD CREATE MOTHERS?
- She is the only one who knows where the cellotape
is.
- Mostly for tidying-up the house.
- So she helped us out when we were getting born.

WHY DID GOD GIVE YOU YOUR MOTHER AND NOT AND NOT ANOTHER ONE?
- Because we are related.
- Because god knows my mother loves me more than other
peoples' mothers.

WHAT WAS YOUR MOTHER LIKE AS A GIRL?
- My mother has always been my mother and nothing
else.
- I don't know because I wasn't there. But I think she
was quite bossy.

WHAT DID YOUR MOTHER HAVE TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FATHER BEFORE THEY GOT MARRIED?
- His surname.
(*** this one is my favourite***:)
- His origin. For example, can he cook? Does he get
drunk on beer? Does he earn at least 800 dollars a
year? Did he say "no" to drugs and "yes" to housework?

there is this one movie that i've forgotten where there is a family that has three dogs and for some reason, they leave home but at the end of the movie they all come running back to the house except for this one dog that belongs to a little boy. he waits longer than his brother and sister and finally his dog comes who is injured because he fell down a ditch.

I had been watching Naruto on Cartoonnetwork with my son since it first came on air. I liked the show because it had a lot of action, interesting soundtrack, and a relatively deep plot. I started watching Naruto on Youtube soon after season 2 ended because I was anxious to see the second part of the Chunin exams. These were the English dubbed versions, and I realized that CN was watering the episides down for the younger american audience. I was amazed at how deep and twisted the characters lives were in the dubbed versions and I started watching 3 and 4 episodes a night. From episode 53 to episode 134 it seemed like all of the characters were developing in strength and wisdom. The action was really intense, and successive episodes seemed to go through waves of incredible intensity as Naruto and Sasuke final face off in a head to head battle. And then something changed. The episodes started to get weaker and less interesting. Now I'm at episode 177 and the show is really boring.
