Why is it that at least every other movie I receive from Netflix is either unplayable, scratched or gets hung up in the very middle of the movie only to fast forward it and have it get hung up again??? I know it's not my DVD player because I've tried the movies in different players and the same problems exist.

It is extremely frustrating to get excited and all ready to watch a movie (pop some popcorn, get all snug on the sofa) and then the movie doesn't work!

Anyone else have this problem?

the song comes on for a few seconds while the girl is skating in the neiborhood, then gets attacked by the little kids. The song sounds like Sly Stone or Bootsy Collins, just want to know the name, and it is not the Bill Wither's song, I know that one.
