I agree
I use an internal clock. have for years. I just tell myself what time to get up, and there ya have it. I wake up at the correct time.
My husband has to have the noisy thing which is such a rude way to wake up.

soooo true, don't u wish u could just wake up and roll into work anytime, leave when you want and sleep when you want cuz you do not have to get up early
