I'm looking for music i can use or remix for acrobatic routine for gymnasts of different age groups?
the songs have to have:
1. no vocals

2. change of tempos to allow fast and slow movements.

3.fun and suitable for the ages of 8-16 (so love songs dont ussaly work too well) up beat and lively often works the best.

4.free if possable

5. not too repetive like some drum and base.

(hard list of conditions I know which is why im asking for help)

A lot of music/ tunes are being over used in competions and I'd like to have a verity of new music to match each pair and trio teams.

As i'm only one person I only know a limited amount of songs and could use more heads to find new names of tracks and locations to be able to find them.

Please give name/ artist / albam (if possable) of songs you think you think will help.

im into music like goo goo dolls, nickelback, creed, matchbox 20 and songs like that but im bored of listening to the same songs over and over again....is there any other bands like the ones i just named that has really good songs?

One day, while a blonde was out driving her car, she ran into a truck.

The truck's driver made her pull over into a parking lot and get out of the car.

He took a piece of chalk and drew a circle on the pavement. He told her to stand in the middle and not leave the circle.

Furious, he went over to her car and slashed the tires.

The blonde started laughing.

This made the man angrier so he smashed her windshield.

This time the blonde laughed even harder.

Livid, the man broke all her windows and keyed her car.

The blonde is now laughing hysterically, so the truck driver asks her what's so funny.

The blonde giggles and replies, "When you weren't looking, I stepped out of the circle three times!"

Re: American Idol last evening - How can so many people be unware they are completely tone deaf?

I mean I think they are BRAVE for just trying out, so I applaud each and every single one of the constestants for trying! Wow, that takes a lot of guts! But how can they not know how bad they sound? Sometimes you just gotta look in the mirror or listen to yourself. Any comments?

Anna Nicole or Howard K Stern take the wrap?

Do you think that if charges are filed in the death of Anna's son that Stern will take the wrap for it? It appears Anna has a serious drug problem and since she has benefited so well from her late husband H. J. Marshalls estate (although more money still at stake) that slippery Stern may take the wrap (plea to possession) so as to protect Anna's money and fame. He has been protecting her for a long time and if she bails on him what do you bet that he has the evidence to nail her (no pun intended).
