Do you think that if charges are filed in the death of Anna's son that Stern will take the wrap for it? It appears Anna has a serious drug problem and since she has benefited so well from her late husband H. J. Marshalls estate (although more money still at stake) that slippery Stern may take the wrap (plea to possession) so as to protect Anna's money and fame. He has been protecting her for a long time and if she bails on him what do you bet that he has the evidence to nail her (no pun intended).

FYI - it's 'rap' and not 'wrap'

Anna has gotten no money from Marshall's estate as of yet

The Bahamian authorities are going to conduct an inquest into her son's death since one witness states they have knowledge of Stern as having given the son Methadone shortly before his death [one the the 3 drugs that combined to cause his fatal heart attack] and that allegedly Stern then flushed the remained down the toilet.

Matter of time before all things surrounding Ms.Smith will be resolved....the parent of her child; her son's death and her more recent appeal on her deceased husband's fortune.

In the meantime she has become somewhat of a millionaire in her right - earnings are hers.

Serious drug problem or not, I believe Anna was a good mother who loved her son dearly. I think that what ever happened was a mistake and I am guessing that Howard Stern was the problem. I don't think any of it was intentional as they did not know what drugs her son had in his system.I feel bad for Anna and really do not think she is to blame in any way.I can tell she loved her son more than anything in the world.
