I've noticed that recent new comic book sales are lower than what they used to be, like what they were in the 80s and early 90s.

Just curious as to why you quit reading and/or collecting.

Furthermore, would you return to the hobby you once loved at some point?

What the hell is the world coming to....? I have just been watching the news and one of the top stories is about cartoon characters smoking...? It doesn't matter about the fact that the characters hit themselves and others over the head with saucepans and show anvils falling on heads - it doesn't mean that kids will do the same for gods sake !!!

What does everyone else think about this political correctness gone berserk???

I know they allow people to take 1 item with them that they otherwise wouldn't be allowed to. Mine would be lotion because I have such dry skin, I would be miserable without it.

....you're a Canadian and you can't remember if colour, honour, etc. are supposed to have a 'u' or not!

...you've almost quit smoking and rarely go to the bathroom anymore!

...you know exactly what time the sun rises in the morning because you've seen it yourself!

...you start talking and laughing out loud to the computer screen and addressing the avatars as real people with their real names!

I know it's summer and we'll have to get back to reality soon enough, but these are just a few of my own observations! What are some of yours?

mine are

kama sura, beautifully shot and had a good plot
9 1/2 weeks, raunchy but some scenes were good
risky business the train scene to phil collins in the air tonight was great
the secretary, what can I say,lol
