Sasuke had never actually tried to kill Sakura unless you count chapter 308 where he tried to attack her before Yamato got in the way.

wat they said...welll actually...it was said that his curse seal eats up his personality...so i guess..i mean he did kinda care for sakura before...like always protect her...so if he's still himself i bet he wouldn't kill sakura...just like he didn't kill naruto when they were fighting...
