The entire cast of Seinfeld was built around a real person and his buddies. They even parodied that on a few Sienfeld episodes.
Yes - there really is someone like Kramer running around.....and he is not acting!

They are actors playing roles, although Jerry did base his tv parents somewhat on his own, Kramer was based on an actual New Yorker named Kenny Kramer, and George was based on Larry David from Curb Your Enthusiasm.

George. he's in basic terms so pathetic which you would be able to't help yet sense for the guy. in one episode, he's telling Jerry that he loves a woman he hasn't been relationship long. He asks Jerry's suggestion on if he ought to tell her he loves her. Jerry then many times tells him to no longer do it. We then see George at a force-in action picture with the lady. He leans over and whispers in her left ear, "i admire you", to which she replies, "Will you flow get some popcorn?". George then is going to Jerry and tells him what she reported, and Jerry says, "I informed you so". next, George is chatting with the lady, and he or she famous to him she is deaf in her left ear. George is going to Seinfeld and says, "No ask your self she spoke back the way she did. She did no longer hear me. I would desire to tell her lower back". Jerry then repeats his warning. Then, as quickly as, lower back, George is on the force-in with the lady. He leans over her this time, and tells her in her suited ear that he loves her. She then replies, "I heard you the 1st time". LOL, invaluable.
