I have recently learned that Pete Tong is used in cockney rhyming slang for, what I imagine, is 'gone wrong'.

I am not sure if this is accurate, but I am lead to believe that 'Eartha Kitt' also has a meaning.

What other peoples names are used and what do they mean?

What is it, where did you get it, from whom, do you like it or cringe every time it is mentioned?

Mine is Tamer - received from a friend who was trying to get me into professional wrestling - it has stuck now for nearly 20 years, most people who call me by it dont even know its origin. It still makes me wince when I hear it!!!
