Neither is a plural, both are possessives.
Most words ending in "s" take " 's" to show possession so
Jonas's party
James's book
The Reverend Septimus's surplice

Some specific and well entrenched names take just the apostrophe but these are in the minority
Jesus' friends
Moses' staff
Achilles' heel

For the most part 's after the "s" is correct.

@Below person; I just looked it up. :o I don't think Jonas's sounds harsh. It's said more like Jonasiz.

First off, it's not plural, it's possessive.

Sorry, but "B" is not written correctly according to the rules of our English language. However, you are right if you're talking about our verbal lanuage.

A is for written. B is for spoken.
