the tide rises the tide falls...

the tide rises the tide falls,
the twilight darkens, the curlew walls,
Along the sea sand damp and brown
the traveler hasten towards the town,
and the tide rises, the tide falls

darkness settles on roofs and walls,
but the sea, the sea in the darkness calls,
the title waves,with their soft, white hands
efface the footprints on the sands,
and the tide rises,the tide falls

the morning breaks; the steeds in their stalls
stamp and neigh, as the hosler's calls;
the day returns, but nevermore
return the traveler to the shore,
and the tide rises the tide falls.

NOTE: i just really need it in my project...i hope someone can reply..thankz...^__^

What's that big structure next to Benjamin Sheares Bridge?

It looks like a pylon of some sort and it's on your left as you head into town from the East Coast Parkway. What's it about?
