bad nees means what. If it means paining knees then first thing is that you see a doctor. You should take xray and find out whether there is any internal injuries or ligament failures or calcification of bones is taking place if all these is ruled out then exercise is the best, otherwise you should take the corresponding treatment. Blindly to give you the best and safe suggestion I would suggest you to do YOGA exercise particularly, 1. ardhamathendra asana, 2. dhanurasan 3. sarvangasan 4. Mathyasan 5. pachmathasan. if you do all these exercises everyday whatever is the problem including what I have stated above will all go away after a few months but the onset of relief for you can be noticed after 1 week itself. Do all these things with good faith and you will be sucessful. All the best.

Have you got a bit of water retention on them, its a condition that used to be called Housemaids Knee, which causes your knee to swell up like a balloon.
If so see your doctor, or get some pills for water retention from either the chemist or a health food shop

I think people have got the wrong end of the stick here, and assumed you mis-spelt knees.
You mean bad Ness, don't you ?
You're having trouble with your large freshwater monster.
I woudl ensure you give it plenty of freshwater seaweed and a liberal dash of vodka in the lake, that'll act as a real pick-me-up tonic and it will be doing backflips again before you know it.

Take charge of the situation, and let them know who the boss is...
Make them see why they are seen to be 'bad' and talk it through in a stern, but authoritative manner.
If that fails, a simple grounding might do it....

It depends when they hurt. If they hurt whilst running wear a knee support.
If they hurt all the time, you might consder surgery. Visit your doctor.
