I already know the answer to the question I am posing. However, I am curious what people consider to be the countries that compose the North American continent. I've noticed many people are mistaken regarding the answer.

---

Question: North American comprises which of the following countries? (Please answer without researching the question.)

A) Canada, United States, Mexico

B) Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, United States of America.

---

Hint: There are ONLY 7 continents.

I was 16 and at a social club on New year's eve... I didn't know what to ask for and someone suggested Port and Lemon! I was horrified, later , to hear it referred to as a tarts drink !
( if you fancy trying it , don't use your husband's vintage port... grounds for divorce I fear!)

You are in the basement of a two story building. There are three light switches on the wall. Each of them goes to a light bulb on the second floor. In a simple logical way, how can you figure out which light switch goes to each light bulb? Also, you can only leave the basement once and you can't use other people.

Screaming, soaring,
Seeking sky
Flowers of fire,
Flying high
Blue, green, red, gold
Gaze at me in the night
An amazing feat,
I give out light
Eastern art,
From ancient time.
Name me now,
And solve this rhyme.

Miss Cooper is seated between Annie and Yvette. Elizabeth is seated with Mrs. Summers on her left and Miss Andrews on her right. Teresa paid the bill.

Five friends saw a documentary on what happens to abandoned dogs. They were heartbroken when they found out that millions of animals are euthenized each year. They decided then and there to go to the pound and save one dog each. Can you figure out who adopted whom, what new name they gave their pet, what "primary breed" the pet was, and what color the dog's coats were?

Owners--Jan, Jesse, Jamie, Jackie, and Jill
Pets--Laurel, Jasmine, Maggie (Magnolia), Hibby (Hibiscus), and Meg (Nutmeg)
Breeds--Lab, Chihuahua, Mastiff, Great Pyrenees, and Pug
Coats--White, Black, Brindle, Brown, and Fawn

Clues:

1- One owner's name, pet's nickname, and pet's breed all have an equal number of letters, however the only link between owner's name and color is the letter "a".

2- The Five Pups are: Hibby, the mastiff, the white dog, Maggie and Jan's black puppy.

3- Jesse and Jan picked cute wittle puppy wuppies and thought Jackie and Jill were nuts for picking such large breeds, even though they did love the mastiff's beautiful brindle coat.

4- Jamie absolutely loves two things in life, Hawaii and chocolate, so she instantly fell in love with the chocolate lab and of course named her Hibiscus.

5- Jill thought that Jasmine was the biggest, most beautiful creature she'd ever seen, but all that long white hair gave Jackie a fit of sneezes. That's why she chose the big, cuddly, yet short-haired mastiff, Laurel.
