I already know the answer to the question I am posing. However, I am curious what people consider to be the countries that compose the North American continent. I've noticed many people are mistaken regarding the answer.

---

Question: North American comprises which of the following countries? (Please answer without researching the question.)

A) Canada, United States, Mexico

B) Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, United States of America.

---

Hint: There are ONLY 7 continents.

A.....

I stand corrected:
"North America includes Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the islands of the Caribbean Sea, and is sometimes defined to include the countries of Central America. It is believed that Native Americans, the continent’s first inhabitants, arrived 15,000 years ago, traveling by foot over the Bering Strait, which was a land mass at the time. Following their prey, the Native Americans came to North America and settled principally in the region of present-day Mexico and Central America. European settlers did not arrive on the continent until the late 15th and early 16th centuries."

The question is kind of confusing
the North American Continent is Canada, USA (continental, not inc Hawaii), Mexico and All the Central American Countries....ending at the tip of Columbia which is in the South American Continent.

North America as defined by NAFTA is Canada, USA (all 50 states and DC) & Mexico

North America is Canada, Continental USA, Mexico & Central America, & the Caribbean Islands.

North America is a continent in the Earth's northern hemisphere and almost fully in the western hemisphere.

Northern America is used to refer to the northern countries and territories of North America: Canada, the United States, Greenland, Bermuda, and St. Pierre and Miquelon.

Easy question. : A

The only countries in North America are Canada, Mexico and The U. S. A.

The other countries listed in B are not part of a continent but of The Caribbean and Central America.

Neither. The islands of the Caribbean are not a part of the continent. They are ISLANDS. So North America covers the countries between Colombia and Alaska. Colombia not included, obviously.
