I have no idea, I have a wife who cooks all the difficult stuff for me.
Get yourself one, they have soft pink bits you can do rude things to as well!! And all my clothes are clean with no creases in them.

And if you get one with a sister, you can have a go on that one as well!!

You need cauliflower, milk, plain flour, cheese

Firstly you need to break the cauliflower into florets. Then cook the cauliflower and put in a heatproof bowl.

When it's cooked, make up a cheese sauce: put 20g soft butter or margerine, 2 level tbsp plain flour, 275ml milk all into a saucepan together (you can add a pinch of grated nutmeg if you want), whisk constantly over a medium heat until comes to the boil and thickens (very important to whisk constantly else it will go lumpy), continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, take off heat and add 50g grated cheese.

Pour the sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle more grated cheese over the top and put in the oven until all hot and cheese melted

Although a hard cheese such as cheddar is best for cheddar cheese, you can use the basic recipe with any cheese, depending on what you are eating it with. Steak goes well with a roquefort cheese sauce.

Part-cook the cauliflower and set aside in an ovenproof dish.
mix 1tbs cornflour with a knob of butter or margarine and heat slowly, gradually add milk till you get right sauce consistency, but keep stiring to avoid lumps. Bring to the boil and boil for 3mins. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over cauliflower grate cheese over top and cook in oven gas mark 5 till cauliflower is cooked through. The sauce is nice too if you put some on top of toast and grill till brown circles appear.
