I have previous convictions of shop lifting on more than 3 occassions. Does the CRB form ask you to declare all this information, because its been about 8 years i can't remember exact dates. Would this debar me from teaching, does the rehabilitation of offenders act 1974 help in regard to clearance? Would really appreciate help on this

I am arts instructure in the university in Thailand.I am Thai female. I have problem with old people at this university. First, they are three people. They are 80 , 62 and 45 yrd old. I am 38. The guy 62 and 45 old ones are not respect to me. they persuaded 80 guy to teach same class with me because they want this guy have money and not lonely at home. But what they did are so rude ex. tell students not respect me because my age is too young to be their instructure .This term i must see them and teach in the same class. I like to talk to 80 yrs old guy. But i dont know how to say and make him understand my uncomfortable feeling about his fellows. I think they do not have maturity.

I am a private tutor and educational therapist. A mother of one of my students told me (not asked me) that she will be coming to watch my session with her son next week. Because I was caught off guard, I agreed. However, I do not feel as though this arrangement will be productive for me at all because I will be intimidated as will her son. The session will seem contrived and there will not be a natural flow like in our usual sessions. How can I tell the mom she can come in for 15 minutes but then she has to leave? I do not want her sitting in on the whole session because it will make everyone nervous and as though we are performing. How can I be professional and firm - but polite- so she knows where I am coming from and she respects my position. I don't want her to know I feel threatened. Please help! Thanks!

Understand I do not have any teacher certification, and I am not currently employed as a Teacher.

However I do have a Master of Public Affairs and two B.S. degrees (one in Poli. Sci & another in History).

I just want to start working as a Teacher for any district as fast as possible!

Please tell me the pro's and con's of becoming a teacher. What type of personality type do you think is ideal? It's one of the many things I'm considering as a career.
Also, any suggestions on schooling for a teacher?
