The sequential order is probably the best method, and if you can do some memorization, the easiest sequence to remember for me at least would be the last digit for each sequence row.
1,3,5,7
1,3,7,9
3,9
1,7
1,3,7

Don’t know how most people’s minds work but when I break the numbers down to a more basic form the pattern becomes clearer with very distinctive repetition. Just write a vertical row of number starting from 0 to 9 and fill in the above sequence. Probably confused you more, but just trying to help.

There are only 25 numbers under 100 that are prime. 91 is not prime.

7*13 = 91
