Hello. My GRE Verbal score is 580, Quantitative is 760 and Analytical Writing is 5 out of 6. MyTOEFL CBT score is 297 out of 300 with an essay rating of 6 on 6. I am interested in doing a PhD in Strcutural Biology in the US. My B.Sc. is in Biochemistry and M.Sc. in Biotechnology.
With this score, to which places should I apply ?

just someone who wants to learn, i would visit on my own accord and will to learn, how could i get in touch with a guru or teacher of said subjects? what is the cost of living in India? would I be safe? I get a pension for 1,200 US dollars a month, would that be enough to live securly in india for 3 months or so while i study? I am very interested in studying these subjects in India.

I'm 17 and live in Spain at the moment and I have to choose whether to go to university in England or Spain. My family is moving to the UK next year and they have told me that I can choose to stay or go. I have never lived in England so I don't really know what it is like (even though my mother is english and I'm bilingual) Can anybody give me some advice? Has anone been in this situation?
