In theory you should be treated the same way as a Dutch student would, due to the reciprocal agreements regarding higher education between EU members. Talk to an advisor at your college, contact your LEA and write to the place you're interested in studying at to find out exactly how the process works.

Check out and see if the UK department of education or the European Union offer financial aid to students who want to study university overseas. Contact the Design Academy and see if they have any special tuition/fees arrangements for British students. I usually tell students to contact the British Council for UK scholarship information. Also, here is a directory of scholarships for international students: http://www.macquil.com
Good luck!
