You may be able to get scholarships or loans from your government. Check if the universities in France and Italy offer any type of financial aid to foreign students. Also, visit the French Alliance office in your area. They may be able to point you in the right direction. For a directory of scholarships, please visit this site: http://www.macquil.com
Good luck!

Scholarships are only available for fellow European cisterns. Since your not European they won't give you the grant. You can apply to these Universities by you have to pay for the fees etc, Plus you have to have your own medical insursances. Plus a visa if your non Eurpean and a letter stating that you have been offered a place at one of these Univesities. The only way you get a visa if you can prove you have enough money to support yourself while you are there.
