Trust me. Do not send your kids to indian school. In india. I am 11. I was there in 4 grade two years ago, it was horrible. I was in the boarding school a year. I hate it. It is INDIA school not america. In the school we had to wear uniforms, teachers hit us if we:
Get late for school, or we can be punished real bad.
Cheat.Talk Back.Forget Homework.We did not study and forget an answer to a question the teacher askes. And many more.
Stand up when teacher comes.

We can also say bad words and so can the teacher to, she doesn't say anything to us.

In the boarding school weHave to eat ALL the food on our plate even if we like it or not.Do a prayer before eating.Hit us when they want.People even 1 year older can hit us and we cannot do anything back.Take a nap. Have to take one.Wear a school uniform all day and nightsuit. And we wash it after 1 week. Same socks for a week. Two undies. FOR ALL YEAR We have to wear one and wash the other one. There no wash machine in boarding school.

I'm asking folks in this category too:
Well, I'm already in debt with this college thing, and my major is French. That means McDonald's and substitute teaching for a good minute, etc., until I finish a Master's. (No, no no, I'm not leaving the USA or at least this region near Michigan (y'know, Ohio, etc. for 1 or 2 years) Oakland Community College has Linguistics.

Does anybody know more about this degree, and where you could use it?

I'm thinking about going overseas to teach English, I don't think I really need a teaching degree for that, though it could be useful, but what kind of jobs would a linguistic's master's get?

To the public:
i am doing a research about our legal drinking age. So far most countries drinking age is 18 and over, in now days young people are so into drinking and drugs and as each and everyday pass by we are getting more car accident or groups of young people fighting on the street, frighten their own communities, youth die at a very young age because of alcohol and more other serious things. So would you help me and answer my question to give me more download, wether if we need to raised our drinking age or just leave it as it is? Thankyou...

I know that I have a few years to decide where i'm going to study but I've been thinking of NYU, but my question is... can you do two subjects at the same time like medicine and theatre arts? I'm not concious of how the university works but any recommendations are welcomed and any other universities (doesn't matter the country) that are included in the same place and university would be seriously taken into account.
