is uk a better option for me to settle down if i am going for my masters there i am a b.com graduate and which subjects should i take which are in demand in uk

no, it will be difficult for u to settle down, and doing a masters will be even more difficult, education is not valued anymore in uk, i suggest u try elsewhere.
