London, hands down if you live in the States.
You get the ability to travel throughout Europe, and exposure to different culture (great if you're going for education). You can always go to NY another time.
Plus, for technology, many things are released in Europe before they are in the states. Music's about 6 months ahead too!
On Economy, it is a bit more expensive in London, but that's the price you pay, I guess. :-)

london cause it is a city in another country and new york is still in the U.S so, but do it vise versa if you are not from the U.S so you would pick NY. does that make sense?

NEWYORK,i think its NY which is better of teh two.But living costs will be the same and so the security reasons and so the traffic but it will be better for an south east asian people to go to NY.
