Now a days fevered with Software of IT. Hence better to take Software course.

Do CIVIL ENGG, the most worthwhile of all the options you have. Primarily because, you can work anywhere in the world. The reasons being infrastructure is booming everywhere and there is a premium for all CIVIL engineers and it will remain so for the next 25-30years.
