Hello Everyone ! I am Harshvardhan Tonage. I am studying in FYJC Commerce (11th). I always wanted to score maximum marks in the exam ; but could not succeed till now. Now I am seriously thinking about it. So please tell some techniques and formulas to score maximum in the exam. My Id is harsh.danny@yahoo.co.in

dd/mm/yy 01/02/03 in UK, Europe
yyyy-mm-dd 2003-02-01 in Asia, East Europe, Canada ISO 8601 standard
Note: yyyy-mm-dd followed by hh:mm:ss is the natural order and very understandable

Well, I was wondering if I should retake my tests with these scores. I want to get into a competitive engineering college, so, let's see what we think.

SAT:
1810 Total.
720 Math
570 Critical
520 Writing

ACT:
32 Composite
36 Math
33 Science
27 English
31 Reading

SATII:
800 Math Level II (No, I don't want to retake that.)
530 Physics.

Is it worth it to retake any of those, besides my SATII Physics?

i am a 1st year medical student.my exam results would be out any moment.after i joind college i never studied much like i used to.i did get good marks in the previous tests.but this one was a university exam.now i am very tensed.by the way the exam was tough for everyone else too.

Ok i had miscounted my sat scores and i thought it was a 1470,but it was a 990, is that good? On a 4.0 GPA? What did you make on your sats not adding writing. DId you study and did you take the act? Im feeling really low and stupid right now.

Im a French citizen and american citizen born in california. I am planning on applying for UCLA and on applying in France. In order for me to go study in the universities, i must pass the baccaleaureat in science, for pre-med. Do you if the test is hard compared to AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics?? I am fluent in French and it is my native language.

If you are a part of Mensa would that influence colleges into choosing you more readily or would they be unaware of it? My SAT score is kind of low, but my IQ is nice (being that I was upset and rushing through it when i took the test). Would saying I am in Mensa even out a bad SAT score?

and out of curiosity what is the IQ you need now to get in?

I am going to take it on 3 weeks in Dec, its Nov 6 now; what would be the best book that closely resembles what is on there or that helped you out the most or what other things helped you to be prepared for the SAT with essay writing?

I have not been in school in about 2 years, I got my G.E.D., From taking the T.H.E.A. (which is a Texas college entrance exam) I learned that my math schools are very poor, Basically I dont think I know much past basic algebra if much of that. I'm trying to decide which entrance exam I should take the ACT or SAT, I didn't get past algebra in high school because I was in a time of my life where making bad decisions was a bit of a habit. I dropped out in 10th grade and got my G.E.D., which test would be better in my situation because I have to admit im pretty far behind in math and from not being in school for so long I cannot remember alot of stuff I was taught in school.
