There are no official age requirements. However, you shouldn't waste over 4 hours of your life on a test you may not be ready for. If you want to give these tests a shot, take a free practice test from your local Kaplan center. If you score well, you know you can take the real SAT and get it out of the way. If not, you'll know specifically what areas you'll need to focus on as you study.

No age requirements per se, but SAT 1 is better suited for grade 11-12 equivalents. But only if you feel you need it, or if you feel you will be advantaged by it.
SAT 2 being more subject specific, is again a matter of personal need and plans.

No, there isn't. But I believe if you are 13 and below you're going to need some parents' signatures.
